Came into the shop at 10AM, I brought my 8 drive tires and bought 2 steer tires from this shop. Here I am 9 hours later. Drive tires are on. Steer tires not on yet. I will never be coming back. 9 hours and counting for tire replacement. Continuation. Buddy saw my review while they was working on my truck and called an employee working on my vehicle to hand me his phone to tell me that they were taking the steer tires off my truck and putting my old tires back on since I was “unhappy” With the service . Call it what you want but 9 hours for a tire swap is ridiculous . Your employees stop mid job to work on other jobs . Was the 1st customer there this morning and the last customer to leave the your shop . Your 2 employees got everyone else in and out no problem right … so what about the person that’s been there since 10am .?! Say what you want but you’d be pissed if you went to a restaurant and other tables got their food before you wouldn’t you huh . So look at it from the customer angle . I get it it’s 4th of July weekend but to be the 1st customer their and the last customer to leave at damner 8 something pm . Thats 10 hours bro . Do better .

My guy is top notch. He is always the top of his game. As a fleet owner, this is the only mobile business ill be using from now on. Low prices fast service. THEY TAKE CARE OF YOUR TRUCKS AS WELL WHEN THEY WORK ON IT. THEY ARE GENTLE WITH THEIR TOOLS AND TAKE PRIDE IN THEIR WORK.

Five stars all the way. I had a flat on 465, normally I would change it myself but the lugnuts would not budge. I called a few people before I found these guys. The other numbers went to call services where communication was not great and the wait was at least an hour. When I called Mr Roadside I got to speak to them directly and he worked hard to help me find my location and they were there in 20 minutes. It was about 7PM He got the spare on so I asked if they could plug the tire he said yes but it was on the edge of the sidewalk. Great… I still had to travel to Terre Haute and then back to Indy at 6am. I asked if they had new tires and they had my size. I followed him to their shop and he got the new tire on my rim and mounted. All this was done in the time it would have taken everyone else to just get to me. These guys were so nice and made sure I was good to go, checked the pressure in my other tires before I left. Thank you fellas so much.

I cannot say enough amazing things about this tire service company. They came out to my car which had a flat tire on the side of the road when I called at 7:30 on the Saturday night. He was there in about an hour, which I thought was impressive considering he brought me the correct tire for my car. He had it on and what seemed like 15 minutes or less. I was able to drive back to my hotel and then get my kids to their tournament the next day. We were able to drive five hours to Milwaukee. He truly saved the day.
